1- A minimum overall average of 70% in the following courses:- 

    1.Acct 130
    2.Acct 230
    3.Math 235 

    2- Department's approval. 

      Acceptance depends on the department's capacity of students which is decided by the Accounting 
department council, and by the sequence of the overall averages of the applicants in the courses listed
above. 

    I- Major requirements:

         Those students majoring in Accounting must complete the following : 
    A. 30 credit hours of Accounting courses (required). 

     Acct 230
     Acct 331
     Acct 332
     Acct 333
     Acct 335
     Acct 336
     Acct 339
     Acct 432
     Acct 434
     Acct 437

    B. 6 credit hours of accounting courses(elective) . 
    C. 9 credit hours of business courses. 
    D. 9 credit hours of economic courses . 
    E. 3 credit hours of finance courses (Finn 230). 

     II-Minor requirements

         Students minoring in Accounting have to complete 18 credit hours of Accounting courses  in addition
 to the principle Accounting Courses. 

     III-Grade Point Average:

         To graduate, students are required to have a 70% average in their major.
