Admission:

the mechanical engineering Department awards degree of Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering with a concentration in one of the three area it offers (Design and Production Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, and Power Engineer).

Concentration area is indicated in the student transcript after the completion of the graduation requirements.

Students are admitted to the department after the successful completion of the first year college requirements.

Department admittance requirements:

Successful completion with a cumulative average of 70% and more in the following courses: Mathematics 141 and 132, Physics 141 and 132, and Engineering Drawing 121.
The department approval based on its active enrollment levels and absorbing capabilities.
