Keeping school students actively learning during their summer vacation
A 2-week 5-hour daily sessions held on Birzeit University campus designed for school students of 11-13 years old. With the assistance of university student volunteers, week one covers introductory-level programming using Scratch. During the second week, students learn the principles and laws of electricity by building projects from simple electronic components such as solar cells, electric motors, transistors.
Science, engineering, and programming
