We record OUTLOUD in the studio of the Birzeit University Media Center on a 12-channel mixer. Our Sound Engineer is Imad Ghneim (pictured on right) from the Media Center. Some interviews and events are recorded remotely on a DAT recorder and then mixed in the studio.
Imad Ghneim at work The Arabic and English shows are recorded separately as .DAT files. We then convert them to .wav files at a frequency of 44.1 Khz (CD quality) and finally encode them as Real Media files using the G2 Real Encoder which is available from the Real Networks site.
